COOKIE POLICY

Cookies and what they do here.

Last updated 23 July 2026. Read this alongside the privacy policy.

What a cookie is.

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, so it can remember something between visits. Similar tech (local storage, pixels) works the same way for this policy.

Do I need to click a consent banner?

No. This site doesn't set advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or any non-essential third-party cookies on its own domain. Under UK PECR, a consent banner is only required for non-essential cookies. If that ever changes, a banner and a persistent "Cookie preferences" link will appear in the footer.

What this site sets.

Strictly necessary items only.

  • Session state. Local storage entries used to remember your intake form draft on /book while you're filling it in. Cleared when you submit or close the tab.

Analytics.

This site uses Lovable's built-in analytics. It's first-party, cookieless, and aggregates page views without setting identifiers in your browser or following you across sites. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No LinkedIn Insight Tag.

What I don't use.

  • No advertising cookies.
  • No Google Analytics.
  • No LinkedIn Insight Tag.
  • No Meta / Facebook Pixel.
  • No cross-site tracking pixels.
  • No session replay tooling.

Third-party embeds.

Booking and intake forms are handled by GoHighLevel (HighLevel). When you interact with a GoHighLevel form or calendar embed, GoHighLevel may set its own cookies on their domain to run the widget and log the booking. Those cookies are governed by HighLevel's own cookie policy at gohighlevel.com. Nothing else on this site is embedded from a third party.

How to control cookies.

You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Most browsers let you block third-party cookies while keeping first-party ones.
